An introduction class where neighbors will learn the fundamental of bread making from understanding the different types of flours to mastering kneading, proofing, and baking techniques.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Process • All classes must be booked in advance through our website. • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. • Some classes may require a non-refundable deposit. • Participants are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled class date and time. We are not responsible for missed classes. 2. Class Size & Waitlist • Space is limited to ensure a hands-on experience. • If a class is full, you can join our waitlist—we’ll notify you if a spot opens. 3. Payment Terms • Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, or other online options during checkout. • For multi-session courses, contact us about installment options. 4. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancel at least 48 hours before class time to receive a refund or credit. • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. You will have access to a video recording of the class you signed up for. • If we must cancel, you’ll receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. 5. Rescheduling • You may reschedule once per booking if requested at least 48 hours before class. • Rescheduling after that window may not be possible. 6. Late Arrivals • Please arrive 10 minutes early. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted. 7. Safety & Preparation • Let us know in advance of any special accommodations needed.
