Payment & Payment Plans Participants may choose to pay in full or via an approved payment plan, if offered at checkout. All payment plans are binding agreements. Selecting a payment plan does not change the total program cost. Participants are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of attendance, participation level, or early withdrawal. Missed or failed payments may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to program materials, sessions, or community without releasing the participant from the obligation to pay the remaining balance. Refund Policy A partial refund is available only within the first seven (7) calendar days following the official cohort start date. After the seven-day period, all payments are non-refundable, including payments made under a payment plan. Documentation may be required to validate an Act of God claim. Outside of these circumstances, no cancellations, withdrawals, transfers, or deferrals are permitted once the cohort has commenced. Chargeback & Dispute Protection By enrolling, participants agree to contact the program provider directly to resolve any billing or participation concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution through the program provider constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of a chargeback, the provider reserves the right to submit this policy, proof of access, participation records, and communication history to the payment processor or financial institution. Successful chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to all program materials, sessions
